How much are meals per week?

Our meals are sold individually instead of a weekly plan. The price per meal is determined by your choice of protein. They range from $6 to $12 per meal.

When can I pick up my food? Can I pick up earlier than 3pm?

Our pickups begin at 3pm. We cook your meals the same day as your pick-up day to maximize freshness, therefore picking up before 3pm is not possible. What we recommend is ordering your meals before you need them. Meals stay good for 5 days and can be frozen if necessary. If you need a meal last minute, our meals are available for purchase at No Limits Fitness in Paintsville and Louisa, KY.

What if I forget to pick-up my food? What if I can’t pick-up my food?

Your food will be available to pick-up the next pick-up day. Missed pick-ups cannot be picked up on days that we’re closed. If your order is not picked-up within a week, you will be refunded 50% of your order total.

Why do I have to pay more for cauliflower rice or sweet potatoes?

Cauliflower rice and sweet potatoes require more labor-intensive prepping, therefore increasing cost.

Do you offer vegetarian/vegan meals?

Can I choose two vegetables or carbs with my protein when ordering meals?

Yes, for an additional charge. Please be advised that the carbs are much higher in calories than the vegetables.

Do you offer discounts for bulk ordering?

Yes! We offer 10% off if you order 10 or more meals. That's the equivalent of a free meal.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards as well as PayPal. We do not accept cash, as our online store requires a payment before the order is submitted.

I forgot to select a pick-up date… When will my order be ready?

If you forgot to select a pick-up date, your order will be ready to pick-up on the next available pick-up date unless you contact us to choose another date.

What is the shelf life of your meals?

We recommend you consume or freeze your meal within 5 days from your pick-up date.

How many meals can I order at one time?

As many as you would like. However, we would encourage you to order more than one day ahead of time for orders over 25 meals.
